Where do you ship to?
We now ship worldwide!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping in Ireland is free and it's only €5 in the UK. Other parts of the world are dependant on distance from Ireland.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping to anywhere in Ireland only takes 1 - 2 business days for most of our products. Shipping to anywhere in the UK only takes 2 - 4 business days for most of our products. Please check the shipping details on the individual product page to confirm the exact shipping times.
RETURNS
How do I return my order?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it if you're not happy with it. If you decide to return it you'll be sent an address to send the product back to. Please note: Items returned must be in perfect condition with no damage. If you want to return an item please e-mail support@youmiia.com
Do I get a full refund?
Yes. You'll be refunded in full for your order once it arrives back with us undamaged. Your refund will be processed to the payment method you used to purchase your order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account but in most cases it will arrive sooner than that.
Do I have to pay for my return?
No. Returns are completely free because we're very confident that you're going to love your products from us! That being said, please make purchases consciously to avoid unnecessary delivery services being used.
