Shudi is our beautiful handmade kit that includes a sage smudge, a palo santo stick and a stunning crystal, all wrapped up neatly with twine and placed in a cotton bag. There are 5 unique crystals to choose from, all with their own healing properties to help you create a peaceful space.

Sage Smudge
Light your sage at a 45º angle with your candle, and let it burn for 10-20 seconds.
Blow out the flame so only embers remain, and smoke will follow.
Slowly walk around your space to allow the smoke to waft around (especially into the corners and edges).
Palo Santo Stick
Light a stick of palo santo and let the flame burn for up to one minute.
Blow it out and walk through the rooms you wish to cleanse, allowing the smoke to waft through the space.
Open closets and kitchen cupboards to cleanse every corner asking the smoke for its blessing and protection.
Crystal
Clean your crystal with the spoke of palo santo or sage or both.
For use on yourself, sit with it while you meditate or hold it while you simply just be, with no agenda.
For use on your space, place it in the space where it's not crowded by other objects and can be seen easily.
